• I understand that participating in a marathon or cycling event may result in serious injury.
• I will have headlights and rear lights during on my cycle the Cylothon ride
• I am voluntarily participating in the RCI Cyclothon 2024, fully aware of the risks involved, and I accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

By agreeing to this disclaimer, I confirm that I am:

• Medically able
• Properly trained
• Physically fit
• Capable of participating in the event

I will independently consult a physician if any injury or medical concerns arise from my participation in the RCI Cyclothon 2024.
I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses that may arise due to injuries during the event.
I grant permission to the RCI Cyclothon team to use the following for any event-related purposes:

• Information submitted in this form
• My name, photograph, video recordings, voice, or likeness for media coverage
